We recommend ordering caviar as close to the day of your event as possible in order to maximize freshness. However, all products, when kept below 40 degrees Fahrenheit in your refrigerator, have a 28-day shelf life. During holidays and times of severe weather, air cargo delays can occur, and for this reason we suggest ordering caviar a week in advance of such major holidays as Christmas, New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, Easter, July 4th, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving. Even after a week of storage in your refrigerator, your caviar should still burst with clean, fresh flavor.
