King Salmon Caviar

YUKON KING SALMON
This summer we added King Salmon to our line of
best in class American caviar. King salmon eggs are
larger, sweeter, and bright ruby red. We are incredibly
impressed with the quality of this harvest.

Because this particular King Salmon harvest is sweet
and mild, it will appeal to many not accustomed to the
intense flavor associated with salmon. Frankly, if all
salmon looked and tasted like this more Americans
would eat it daily.

However, this is a small fishery with limited production
and this is one of the few times we have seen king
salmon of this high quality. Generally, there is no
sushi market for king ikura, so product is not widely
produced, and often the quality is not there.
Occasionally, some Canadian farmed or hatchery king
caviar is produced but that is not the same level of
quality.

If you like salmon caviar, this will impress you. If you
do not like salmon and were ever going to like it, this
is your chance.
