Little Pearl Caviar

Little Pearl Caviar

Our caviar only comes from environmentally sustainable fisheries that are free from pollution and poaching. An exclusive group of natural farms and sustainable fisheries harvest for Little Pearl. We donate 1% of profits to non-profits we feel protect the future of wild fish. In the past, this has been Oceana and Seafood Choices Alliance.

Our fish are treated humanely following PETA's preferred methods, and we continue to research better ways to handle fish. We are developing a new culture technology that consistently produces superb fish without pollution or commercial feed. This organic system provides sturgeon with the same feed they would enjoy in the wild rather than dry commercial pellets to improve taste, texture, and appearance. Further, we can harvest year-round to offer the freshest caviar available and eliminate mercury contamination.

Our caviar should be stored in the coldest part of your refrigerator, usually the back. It can last up to four weeks after delivery at 34 degrees, but since many refrigerators do not maintain this temperature it is best within the first 2 weeks.
